Runs a deterministic audit of the site source and edits files to fix issues, sandboxed to the site directory.
Deployer
Chooses the next provisioning step from observed AWS state. Writes need approval; policy and DNS changes always do.
Verifier
Runs the evidence suite, then probes further to localise failures. Its verdict must match the code-computed result.
Diagnostician
Explains the root cause and selects one tested playbook. It cannot change infrastructure itself.
